This role is key in ensuring sales targets and broader business objectives are met. The WA Sales Manager will play a critical role in forecasting, reporting, and collaborating closely with senior management to ensure continued growth and success in the WA region. Key Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering growth and creating clear development paths.
Report directly to the National Sales Manager and Head Office, providing insights and data-driven sales reports.
Collaborate with the WA and the National team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Drive sales strategy and execution by building and nurturing strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Oversee accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for the WA region.
Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities through proactive stakeholder engagement.
Build, maintain, and strengthen customer partnerships to promote long-term business growth.
Manage quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to capitalize on business opportunities.
