Assist the Senior Human Resources Advisor in developing the Bouygues Construction HR culture in Australia via all the Training & University Relationships processes.
Key Responsibilities
Training:
- Assist the HR in charge to organise trainings, create contents and develop the offer by strengthening our internal and external relationships (Staff, Managers, Trainers, and Venues) to make sure the offer answers the staff & business needs.
- Manage & update the training budget, work closely with the cost control team.
- Roll-out and be the main point of contact of the Group E-Learning tool (BY Learn).
University relationships:
- Company branding actions.
- Work closely with the Communication Advisor to create a Graduate Program page on the BYCA website to attract local students.
- Develop branding actions in Universities (mentoring program, workshops,
presentations, etc.).
- Assist in the Graduate program recruitment process.
Internal Communication:
- Assist the HR in charge to organise and develop internal events. Develop the internal & external HR communication through our social media supports (Linked In, Instagram, etc.).
- Master’s degree in Human Resources
- 1 year of professional experience
- Fluent English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pack Office
- Writing skills in French and English
