The Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health (SMAH) is positioned to be a major force in connected and science-embedded education and translational science, medical and health research in Australia. Dementia Training Australia (DTA) is a University of Wollongong led consortium, bringing together the expertise of Australia’s leading dementia educators from 4 nationwide universities and Dementia Australia. The consortium includes the operations of a Central Co-ordination Unit (CCU) to support the development, promotion and delivery of the training services and resources. DTA is seeking 3x training consultants to join the team. Using your excellent consultation and stakeholder engagement skills, you will be providing guidance and training recommendations to DTA multidisciplinary clients. Often acting as a first point of contact and a gateway to dementia training and resources, the role will work alongside organisations seeking suitable training to build their staff’s capability and confidence, as well as individuals looking for professional development opportunities.
