About the Role Westmead Private Hospital is actively looking for a Trainee Clinical Coder to join our Clinical Coding Health Information Services team. Training will be provided.
About You To be a successful candidate you will have:
Completion of a recognised Coding course or equivalent
Understanding of casemix and Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG)
Demonstrated good understanding of anatomy, physiology, diseases, and pathological processes
Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement activities.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $33.37 - $36.66 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
