About the role
To lead a team of disability support workers.
Management of Day-to-day operation of accommodation.
Management of accommodation budget and expenditure.
Carryout any maintenance required at accommodation.
Liaise with allied health professionals.
Effective management of roster and staff issues.
Monitor health and wellbeing of participants and staff.
Organizing different recreational activities for participants.
Encouraging team and participants to meet their goals.
Coordinating team meetings and coaching staff.
Manage rosters and submit progress reports.
Coordinating meals, activities and appointments.

Manual Handling and personal care skills
Cultural skills and knowledge
Experienced support worker

Medication administration

Mandatory requirement
Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent
First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
Current Driver’s License
