We are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Coordinator to support the HR function for four Accor hotels across Tasmania and Victoria. For the right candidate, hours and location will be considered. This is a part time role, up to 24 hours a week, however, we are open to full-time hours for the right candidate.

Job Description
We are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Coordinator to support the HR function for four Accor hotels across Tasmania and Victoria. ALL about the role – what you’ll be doing:
- Support Department Heads in recruitment and assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Prepare and manage employee contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
- Act as a trusted point of contact for all employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Support the team in handling employee relations issue
- Support with the organisation of employee engagement activities
- Administer the Accor online training platform and maintain accurate records
- Assist in the coordination of the ongoing implementation and management of the staff performance review program
- Assist in the constant improvement of HR procedures and management
Qualifications

- Flexibility in workings hours, to be able to work with team members on various shifts
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for driving employee engagement initiatives
- Confidence to work autonomously and able to collaborate with the Talent & Culture team remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of the Hospitality Industry General Award (HIGA)
- A passion for people and creating a positive workplace culture
- The confidence to engage with senior stakeholders in the business
- Whilst not essential, you will ideally have a background or qualification in HR and/or experience in the hotel industry
