About The Role As Talent Acquisition Officer you will be responsible for providing high-level end to end recruitment under a Centralised Recruitment model to Aegis Facilities. The successful candidate will be self-driven, a great communicator, be creative and innovative who uses these talented skills to source talented resources for Aegis. You will join our passionate and dynamic People & Culture team located at our Central office in Burswood. Key Responsibilities
Establish a strong candidate experience providing exceptional end to end management of the recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding for all vacancies within Aegis.
Conduct phone screenings, interviews, compliance documentation and employment contracts.
Develop and maintain efficient Talent Pools of relevant candidates.
Provide professional consultancy services to our Facility Managers and key stakeholders.
Manage recruiting activity by actively tracking and monitoring key performance indicators of talent acquisition to ensure utilising strategic and creative sourcing channels.
Define and align hiring strategy with business requirements and provide continuous process improvement.
Develop creative job advertisement and implement new recruitment streams and platforms.
