Talent Acquisition Lead

The role
We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our recruitment functions nationally. Location: Adelaide or Sydney CBD
Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations: Motivate a team of four to maintain consistent service delivery, exceptional hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience. Provide development for value-add and career progression.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trusted relationships up and down the company, key partners and suppliers. Deliver exceptional candidate care.
Project Leadership: Lead strategic TA initiatives, including our Graduate program and Innovate Reconciliation Plan actions.
Internal Progression & Talent Management: Facilitate career growth and internal movements to support employee retention and development.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with executive leaders on high-impact, strategic hiring initiatives.
Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvements across all aspects of the TA lifecycle.
Diverse Talent Sourcing and Marketing: Utilise EVP branding and diverse channels to build talent pipelines and attract high-calibre candidates to Adbri.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive Adbri’s DEI goals by implementing inclusive TA strategies that contribute to a diverse and welcoming workforce.
Data-Driven Decisions: Provide meaningful reporting and metrics to support informed business decisions.

Effective Communication & Results Orientation: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a focus on results to guide a high-performing team.
Planning & Organisational Skills: Proven organisational abilities, high attention to detail and capacity.
Collaborative Spirit: A proactive, team-oriented approach and an inquisitive mindset.
Systems Proficiency: Experience in managing Candidate Management Systems.
