Your Impact:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager - International and based at Smeaton Grange, NSW, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels by directing the Supply Chain planning process across Australia, New Zealand, and emerging international markets. You will manage the third-party warehouse, including overseeing daily logistics, maintaining inventory receipts, managing periodic reconciliation, and analysing data to identify trends to meet critical metric targets.
More specifically, you will be involved in:

Collaborating with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams, including facilitating regular meetings and reports, to support the S&OP strategy.
Optimising inventory levels through meeting market demand without overstocking, ensuring stock rotation, and completing month-end closing activities.
Working closely with the inbound and outbound warehouse to optimise inventory levels.
Managing Australian retailers such as Woolworths, Coles, and Costco.
Conducting performance monitoring, regular reviews, and cost tracking of third-party warehouses, distribution partners, and freight forwarders.

What you will bring:

A minimum of 3 years’ of demonstrated experience in Supply Chain, logistics or planning is essential, ideally within Dairy, FMCG, manufacturing, retail or similar.
Proven experience working alongside third-party warehouses, distribution partners, and freight forwarders, including performance monitoring.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Previous experience working in an import/export business is well regarded.
Experience working alongside Australian supermarket retailers would be extremely valuable.
Tertiary qualified in Supply Chain, Finance, Science, Engineering, or a business-related field is highly advantageous.
