Must be mechanically minded
Provide a high level of support to customers
Identify spare parts and processing parts sales
Parts Interpreter is responsible:
Accurate and timely communication with service technicians & workshop staff
Supports the Sales & Business Development Managers
Provide strong customer relationship support
About You
Previous experience in a similar role in a medium to large business.
You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
Excellent attention to detail
Organisational skills
You bring to JLG the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with good relationship building skills that benefit your interactions with internal and external stakeholders. A solid foundation of literacy and numeracy skills and previous experience with ERP and computer systems ensures accurate data entry and customer communications.
