Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as the first point of contact in the service department.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries, service bookings, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain and manage the service department’s reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Coordinate with the service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Process and manage customer payments, invoices, and service documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with service booking software.
- A professional and positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
