Maddington Hyundai and Isuzu UTE are seeking a customer focused Service Receptionist for an exciting opportunity to join their vibrant service team. The role:
- Provide an excellent telephone manager for incoming and outgoing calls regarding service bookings and enquiries
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Forward phone calls to the appropriate staff as required
- Manage all service booking enquiries via email
- Welcome on-site visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Various other ad hoc duties as required
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Enthusiastic, friendly and proactive demeanour with a helpful attitude

- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
