Some of your responsibilities as a Security Analyst will include:

Assisting in the implementation and ongoing support of Australian Signals Directorate Cyber Security Essential 8 Framework within QSS.
Identify threats and vulnerabilities, investigating risks and issues relating to cyber and information services providing advice on mitigation strategies and leading associated reporting to management and key stakeholders.
Investigate and remediate penetration test and vulnerability scan findings in collaboration with other areas with QSS.
Maintain an understanding of the end-to-end connectivity of cyber and information services being provided and the security risks associated with that service.
Build collaborative relationships with the vendors and QSS teams associated with the cyber and information services provided by your team and strive for mutually beneficial outcomes.
Contribute and support innovation and improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
Actively promote a culture that supports and values staff.
