About the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Business Analyst, this role will be responsible for providing sales support to the Independent Pharmacy Sales field team. The primary purpose of this role is to align the efforts between the sales and marketing teams to ensure the field team are equipped to achieve the best possible results. There are several tasks that may be required in a day and it will be dependent on the priorities at the time. Your duties will include:
- Managing account administration e.g. onboarding pharmacy groups, catalogue pricing maintenance
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure marketing collateral is delivered
- Processing group allocation orders in JDEdwards
- Supporting key account managers with new line forms, promotional submissions & catalogue artwork
- Running ad-hoc reports through multiple systems
- Producing monthly merchandiser planners
- Maintaining Share Point: Product images, brand assets & training material
- Traffic control & communication for the field team
- Onboarding new hires - arranging inductions, business cards & sample stock
- Supporting key meetings with collateral, reporting and other coordination activities
- Ensuring action items post meetings are clearly communicated and timelines are met

- Experience in a similar role
- Medium-Advanced level in Excel essential
- Ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail, highly motivated and organised
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
