The Sales Strategy & Operations Manager facilitates the planning of annual strategies, ensuring key priorities are communicated and aligned within the Sales Operations team, while coordinating to secure cross-functional resources and support. The role works closely with the Sales Operations Team to prioritise business operations, optimize operational processes, and lead the planning and execution of various projects within the Commercial Business team.

Responsibilities
Business team strategy planning, business management and operational planning

Conduct Business Review Preparation: work together with the Sales Head in preparing business review decks tailored to Senior Management reporting cycles. Provide in-depth commercial insights to support informed decision-making.

Optimize Organization and Processes: Optimizing organizational structures and processes. Offer recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
HQ project communication, cross function coordinate

Report Preparation: preparation of all business reports, including weekly ISP sales meetings, monthly reviews with Sales Head, attend monthly commercial management meetings, and coordinate sales cycle meetings. Track actions and provide timely feedback to the Sales Head on project milestone progress.

Lead Project Implementation: Take on the role of project lead, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and the achievement of project objectives.

Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various functions and teams, including Public Partnerships team, Franchise leads and Country Operations team.

Deep Product and Market Insight: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and market trends. Track industry developments and competing products to identify new business models using proven methodologies.

Collaborate with Sales Support Functions: Liaise with local and global GTMC functions to contribute to and follow up on innovative programs requiring input
