What you'll do: We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated sales representative to join our team to deliver a world class beer experience to our loyal followers and customers in the ACT and surrounds. You will be building on the strong foundation of craft beer sales in the territory, and continue to develop existing and new business opportunities. Reporting to our National Field Sales Manager, the key duties of this role include:
Sale of Bent Spoke beer and cider to both on and off premise venues in an assigned territory maintaining a high degree of customer service and management of accounts.
Develop new business opportunities and relationships with key accounts ensuring the needs of clients are met.
Work with our NAC and KAM to execute indie banner promotional programs in store.
Develop and maintain a customer call cycle to plan within Bent Spoke’s CRM.
Lead relationships with national accounts in your territory including, store and area managers as well as state-based operations teams.
Assist in the development of the Bent Spoke brand by monitoring current trends in your territory, changes in competitor products and activity and recommending changes as you see fit.
Contribute to the development and continual improvement of marketing and sales plans.
Assist in the delivery of promotional events and activities when required, including weekly tastings.
Regular travel within the assigned territory.
Occasional weekend work when required supporting sales and marketing activations and events.
Other duties as directed.
What you'll need:
Proven track record in a sales role, preferably in the field of Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Liquor or Grocery.
Experience in beer, wine or spirits sales will be highly regarded.
Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment medical prior to commencement.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
Current C class drivers licence.
