Position Summary:

• Implement sales strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analysing market information
• Targets corporate, group/catering and MICE accounts, markets, or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
• Understands the overall market - competitors, economic trends, supply and demand etc
• Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Manages the property’s reactive and proactive sale efforts
• Ensure your team is focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that ensure travelers have everything they need
• Be an approachable and confident leader by providing comfort and support to the team

About You:

• 2 Years + Experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
