Sales Consultant/Receptionist – Join Our Team at PYCSAM Health & Fitness
Are you passionate about health and fitness? Do you love engaging with people and helping them achieve their goals? At PYCSAM Health & Fitness, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant/Receptionist to join our welcoming and supportive team!

The Role
As a Sales Consultant/Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing members, creating a positive and lasting impression. You’ll help grow our community by:

Managing day-to-day reception duties, including greeting members and handling inquiries.
Driving membership sales and supporting lead generation efforts.
Engaging with potential members over the phone, via email, and in person to offer fitness solutions.
Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every member feels welcome and valued.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic environment throughout the club.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for health and fitness, with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, focused on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Confidence in engaging with potential members both face-to-face and over the phone.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or reception is an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Valid Working with Vulnerable People card.
