Job Overview: Are you a Pilates enthusiast with a flair for sales? Do you thrive on helping others discover the joy and benefits of Pilates? If so, we want to hear from you! As a Sales Specialist at Core Collab, you will play a vital role in driving our sales initiatives through online, telephone, and in-person interactions. Your passion for Pilates and commitment to exceptional customer service will help our clients find the perfect equipment to elevate their practice.Full mentoring provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential and existing clients through online platforms, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to promote and sell Core Collab Pilates Equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fitness studios, professionals, and individuals seeking to enhance their Pilates experience.
Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them select the right equipment to meet their needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends to contribute to our growth strategy.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent Core Collab and expand our brand visibility.

Qualifications:
Passion for Pilates and a deep understanding of its benefits.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or wellness-related field.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients effectively.
Experience in online, telephone, and in-person sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
