About the role - We are seeking a Compliance & Operations Manager-Smart and Skilled BDM to become part of the Lead College team. In this exciting role you are a knowledgeable and experienced sales leader who can confidently engage in nurturing, supporting and converting new business opportunities ensuring that our customers receive the most appropriate, value-added solutions that suit their business needs whilst leading the team to success. Duties, Skills and experience - Examples of tasks include (but are not limited to):
Experience in managing strategic partnerships
Servicing existing client base and approach new potential clients
Generating sales opportunities, creating proposals/presentations, responding to tenders and pulling resources together.
Understand the NSW Smart and skilled funding compliance and reporting.
Excellent communication and digital literacy skills - enjoy being on the phone and having positive conversations
Understand deadlines and are highly personally organised
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Assist in the administration processes including student data and file management
Assist with student support and progression claim reporting
Management of work priorities and provision of team support
Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry to a Xcelerate (Student Management System)
Provide high level customer service and efficient administrative support to students, employers, trainers and other stakeholders
Ability to pay attention to detail and strive for quality standards, ensuring compliance requirements are always adhered too
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or hold the appropriate visa to work in Australia.
This role is best suited to a confident individual with great time management and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be very confident developing new relationships both in person and via phone.
