About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Revenue Officer, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of debt collection processes. Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Debt Management, you'll be responsible for case management of debtors, diligently monitoring and following up on outstanding debts. Your primary focus will be making outbound collection calls to recover outstanding amounts, while also processing financial journals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in our organisation's financial health. Your expertise in adhering to debt management policies and procedures will be essential in fostering a culture of accountability and responsiveness.
