Research Services provides strategic and operational support to the University's research programs and has a crucial role in developing the University's research capability and facilitating the University's research outcomes, through its Schools and Institutes.
This opportunity is for an experienced systems administration professional. This role will play a key role in the provision of all business process support for the University’s research administration systems to ensure they efficiently and effectively underpin critical research services and associated reporting requirements.
The successful candidate will maintain and enhance the University’s research administration systems. This entails facilitating system upgrades and enhancements, gathering, and analysing requirements, and managing all user liaison and communication throughout the system development lifecycle.

Exceptional technical skills,
Attention to detail is crucial,
Proficiency in executing tasks related to operational, management, and enterprise-level reporting,
Experience using third party data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power Bi, Tableau, and IBM Cognos would be an advantage,
Proficiency using other Microsoft tools such as Share Point, Power Apps and Power Automate would also be an advantage.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $100,512 - $112,622 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
