Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a part-time Rental Sales Officer to join our Hobart City team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which will include working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role Primary responsibilities include:
Customer Service at Car Rental Counter
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rental
Vehicle detailing and driving of cars between locations
About You The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:

Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software

Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
