Our team supports hotels with various services, predominantly in Housekeeping and Public Area Cleaning. Who we are looking for: We are seeking a motivated and “keen to make their mark” Recruitment professional for this pivotal full-time role.
Collaborate with HR manager to understand the staffing needs and requirements. Utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates and conduct the phone or in-person interviews.
Ensure all recruitment process comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Generate the employment contract and create payroll accounts.
Proficient in and experienced in hospitality industry.
Collaborate with Housekeeping Manager to plan and conduct training sessions.
What we are looking for:
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on the hospitality industry, is a plus.
Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Knowledge of hospitality industry roles and specific skill requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of work ethic and integrity with respect for confidentiality at all times.
