Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and “keen to make their mark” Recruitment professional for this pivotal full-time role.
- Collaborate with HR manager to understand the staffing needs and requirements. Utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates and conduct the phone or in-person interviews.
- Ensure all recruitment process comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Generate the employment contract and create payroll accounts.
- Proficient in and experienced in hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping Manager to plan and conduct training sessions.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on the hospitality industry, is a plus.
- Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry roles and specific skill requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of work ethic and integrity with respect for confidentiality at all times.
