Recruitment Administrator required for small international recruitment company based on the NSW Central Coast. This will be a a hybrid working model with a mix of office and work from home. Therefore the successful candidate will be someone who can easily travel to Terrigal. This role reports into the Managing Director and there is a significant level of autonomy. The hours will depend on business levels but will usually be about 10 per week, increasing to 20 as the business grows (over the next 6-12 months). Days and times are negotiable depending upon candidate's specific circumstances. The company, You Solved, recruits and migrates skilled trades workers from locations all over the world to Australia.
Experience / exposure to recruitment highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
Experience / exposure to Australian migration law and practice preferred but not essential.
Sales experience or a willingness to learn highly desirable.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Setting up and arranging diary appointments
Communicating with employers and candidates
Managing the candidate pool
Some report and contract preparation
Sales and business development
Email and diary management for the company Managing Director.
Business Development
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have had experience within Human Resources or Recruitment
Have had experience using productivity software like calendly, monday.com, whatsapp for business etc... training will be provided but an understanding of these tools is preferred.
Be familiar with google suite
