About the Role
Are you a strong, experienced Property Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity in Brisbane? Join our client’s team and manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 135 properties, with the support of dedicated leasing and field agents. If you’re passionate about property management and ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
- Managing a tidy 135 property portfolio within the Redlands area
- Property management duties inclusive of, but not limited to, organising repairs and maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals and entry and exit reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
Qualifications
- You have a passion for Property Management and Customer Service.
- Current QLD Registration Certificate.
- Current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Prior experience in Property Me
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem-solving.
- Pride themselves on quality and timely service delivery.
- Previous experience as a Senior end-to-end Property Manager
