Quarry Operator
The role
Adbri Quarries currently has an opportunity for a multi-skilled Quarry Workers to join the team at our Katherine Quarry in Northern Territory in a full time permanent role. Our Quarry Workers operate a variety of mobile and fixed plant, including loaders, excavators, dozers, dump trucks both rigid and articulated as well as fixed and mobile crushing and screening plants. Currently we are specifically seeking applications with Mobile Equipment Operators experienced in operating front end loaders, excavators, dump trucks, dozers, watercarts as well as experience with crushing and screening plants.

Responsibilities
- Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
- Operate mobile plant and equipment
- Undertake housekeeping and basic maintenance
- Occasional manual handling and general labouring
- Current RII competencies for front end loaders for loading customer trucks
- Current drivers licence
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Must be accepting of occasional manual labour when required
