We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Inspector to join our platform as an Inspector Partner.
You will be conducting inspections on behalf of multiple agencies throughout Sydney and the surrounding areas using your vehicle and an i Phone or i Pad. Use your experience to earn extra!

Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: $40.00 – $70.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend the property inspections that are scheduled and its surrounding areas. Capture high-quality images of rental properties using your i Phone or i Pad and provide equipment
- Ensure all images and comments accurately represent the property's condition and features
- Property managers or experienced property inspectors are welcome.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own car/motorcycle
- Must have an i Phone or i Pad with a camera and data plan
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to travel between jobs
- Communication skills
- An Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Pay per inspection
- Potential earnings of $40 to $70 p/ hour
- Flexible schedule: You can schedule your jobs based on your availability.
