We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property and Leasing Officer to join our team in Alice Springs. Reporting directly to the Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing property inspections, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring excellent customer service. Conduct and oversee property inspections
Assist with maintenance coordination and follow-up with contractors.
Facilitate move-in processes and manage communication with new arrivals and existing employees.
Support marketing and communication strategies to attract potential tenants.
Attend open inspections and maintain accurate data in contact management systems.
Assist with administrative tasks and ensure safety principles are integrated into daily activities.
Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications:
Property Management Registration or Real Estate License (current and valid in NT).
2-3 years of experience in property administration with strong communication and detail orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher).
High level of client service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Valid Driver’s License and Police Clearance.
Ability to undertake a Work Health Assessment.
Desirable:
Experience with SAP or the ability to gain access.
Additional qualifications or certifications in property management.
