About the Opportunity
The Production Support Analyst is responsible for:

• Provision of migration services of application components from development to production within agreed service levels for JIS Agencies, and for the deployment of new technology projects as required.
• Provision of support for agency applications in the production environment.
• Contributes to the Production Support Help and Service desk and contributes to the updating of the maintenance records for Production changes and Incidents.
• Providing backup support to the IT Support Officer when required.

About the Business
Justice Technology Services (JTS) is responsible for providing technology services for collaboration and information sharing across the South Australian Criminal Justice System that will assist in meeting the overall AGD objectives

Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested.
