THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Print Room Specialist based at our client site in Brisbane’s CBD.
Your key focus will be to provide an effective service delivery onsite, with a balance of efficiency and cost consciousness, as well as exceeding customer expectations in value added production.
Please note – this is a 100% onsite role, based in Brisbane’s CBD, covering a standard 8-hour shift between 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing an efficient print service delivery as part of a team
- Delivering a great service and building strong relationships with clients
- Advising customers of the most efficient solutions to meet their design, print and distribution requirements
- Prioritising and monitoring customer requests according to complexity and urgency
- Completing daily record keeping functions and reporting, including monthly transaction data
- Previous Print Room experience, ideally in a corporate/professional services environment
- Knowledge of digital print operations, finishing and binding operations
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office
- Ability to managing a self-sufficient digital print operation with minimal supervision
- Any experience in Mail and Courier administration and Records Management Systems and Processes would be highly regarded.
