We are currently seeking applications for a Principal Organisational Development Consultant (L&D) to join People & Performance at The Department of Treasury & Finance for a period of 12 months. Remuneration: ASO7 – Salary Range ($108,109 p.a. - $116,864 p.a.). About the opportunity: As the Principal Organisational Development Consultant, you will have a focus on leading Learning and Development across the agency whilst also having responsibility for designing organisational development initiatives to implement across the agency. You will work collaboratively in the development of initiatives whilst building strong strategic relationships with organisational leaders which will assist in identifying and implementing strategies to improve individual, branch, and agency performance. About you To be successful you will be:
Experience in learning and development, implementation and evaluation of organisational development programs and initiatives that facilitate outcomes specific to the business
Possess high level verbal and written communication skills that enable effective and appropriate communication with a broad range of people, at all levels in the public sector.
Possess high-level interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively, including consultation, negotiation and liaison with management and staff at a range of levels within and external to the department.
Ability to work without supervision, to set and meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet organisational goals.
