- Supervise a small team to jointly deliver contemporary corporate governance outcomes including appropriate planning and coordination activities to meet required timeframes.- Work productively with client business areas to strengthen corporate governance capability across DJAG.- Provide expert analysis and advice across key corporate governance strategies.- Develop and contribute to an effective planning and performance framework.- Lead or contribute to significant corporate governance projects, including whole of government reporting, strategic plans, business plans, complaints process, estimates process and planning and performance frameworks.- Deliver presentations and conduct facilitations, operating in a professional manner and confidently presenting with a clear, concise and articulate style.
- Mentor and support the ongoing development of a dynamic team required to operate in an environment of tight deadlines
