Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations, including team management, scheduling, and inventory control.
Assist in managing financial aspects of the clinic, including rostering, accounts, and reporting.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and client care.
Lead, mentor, and support our veterinary and support staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high standards of care.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Manage supplier relationships and inventory to ensure clinic readiness.
Implement marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with the local community.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the veterinary industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in practice management software and financial oversight.
A genuine passion for animal care and client service.
Relevant qualifications or experience in veterinary practice management are highly desirable.
