THE ROLE We are looking for a full time Physiotherapist who enjoys life, loves people, and has a fun and positive team spirit. In this role, you’ll see clients with musculoskeletal, sports, or general mobility/neurological impairments, depending on your clinical interests. These tools will assist in your clients' recovery journey. Our appointment times start at 30 minutes, with longer times for more specialised services. You will work directly with our Referrals Coordinator to build your ideal caseload, as well as our clinical mentors and Admin Manager for the development of both clinical and non-clinical skills. You must prioritize people skills over clinical skills and be a true team player. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail. Watson headache approach training
Knowledge of issues such as Functional Neurological Disorder
A strong interest in post-concussion management with a willingness to undertake/having previously undertaken further training in the same
Strong musculoskeletal or neurological physiotherapy skills
A clear picture of where your life and career are going and a commitment to the Cairns/FNQ region for several years
SALARY AND BENEFITS Your level of experience will determine your salary package, and our existing therapists’ base salary packages range from $70,000 to $98,000 per annum + super, with the chance to add an additional $20,000 - $30,000+ in commission bonus payments.
