As a Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the Director and wider Store Operations team to ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information between various stakeholders. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and problem solving across a diverse range of tasks.
What does the role look like?
Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
Provide support to the Director in a professional and efficient manner
Assist in the creation and preparation of internal and external correspondence and documents, ensuring they are treated with the strictest professionalism and confidence
Assist in delivering effective and efficient meeting management, including preparation, execution and meeting follow up activities
Analyse and consolidate data into meaningful reporting and professional presentations
Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders across hierarchy
Qualifications
Previous EA/PA experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Knowledge of Retail Operations highly regarded
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt in high pressure situations
Ability to make logical decisions and promptly action outstanding issues, use initiative and think outside the box
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Remuneration
Transparent tiered salary range of $88,900 - $98,800 including superannuation (pro rata for part time contract)
