P&C Analyst - Data Quality & Governance

The role:

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who loves working with data? Join us as a P&C Analyst (Data Quality & Governance) Analyst to ensure the integrity, accuracy and consistency of our data.

What you will be doing:

Handle data quality and governance tickets: monitor and manage the data quality and governance reporting queue ensure timely and accurate resolution of these to maintain data integrity.
Identify and correct people data quality issues: proactively identify data quality issues by implementing routine actions to address data inconsistencies, errors, and gaps; ensuring our data is accurate and reliable.
Load Data into Success Factors: perform bulk data upload processes into Success Factors; includes preparing data file and validating data accuracy.
Perform monthly routine processes: including but not limited to making EA (Enterprise Agreement) updates and running audit checks in compliance with internal controls and regularly requirements.
Participate in yearly projects: including but not limited to remuneration reviews, super guarantee changes and engagement survey data quality checks to name a few.
Involvement in strategic and system improvement projects: contribute to strategic projects and system improvement initiatives by working closely with project teams to support and enhance data management practices.
Champion data quality and governance across P&C: act as a data quality and governance ambassador within P&C. Working alongside our Senior P&C Analyst, promote best practices, and build overall P&C capability in data management.

Let’s talk about you:

Advanced MS Excel Skills: Proficient in using MS Excel, including complex formulas and maintaining workbook integrity.
Experience with complex data sets & systems: some experience navigating and managing intricate data sets and systems with confidence.
Working in fast-paced environment: capable to deliver results promptly in dynamic settings, with a strong attention to detail to quickly address and resolve data issues.
HR systems experience: experience with HR systems, particularly Success Factors (or similar i.e. Workday), is highly desirable.
Thrives on high volume work management: able to handle substantial workloads across various platforms, with the ability to prioritise tasks based on business value, impact, and urgency.
