This subtropical 8 acre property offers Deluxe safari tents, a range of deluxe and superior cabins, powered and ensuite caravan sites. The great facilities on offer ensure this property is busy throughout the year with many guests returning on a regular basis.

The Role

We are seeking a Park Attendant for a mix of front office, housekeeping and grounds upkeep. Your duties include but are not limited to:

Providing a high standard of customer service
Front office administration including guest check-ins and outs, managing reservations and guest accounts
Housekeeping including cleaning of guest accommodation and common use areas
Grounds upkeep to ensure the park presents beautifully at all times
Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a housekeeping role
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Previous experience in grounds keeping
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
Current drivers licence essential
