Overview:
- Identify, review, and analyse application, functional and user support requirements and assist in resolution of support issues.
- Technical development on Share Point, Power BI and Microsoft 365 platform.
- Contribute to the effective development, operation and delivery of the division's programs, quality assurance initiatives, strategies, and Objectives.
