About the Opportunity
As the Operations Lead for the Adelaide Parcel Facility (APF), you will play a crucial role in managing afternoon operations (11am - 7pm). You’ll support the Processing Manager in fostering a collaborative culture, driving performance improvements, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. - Lead and direct processing and support activities to meet operational performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while driving process improvements.
- Manage staff allocation and resource availability for efficient operations.
- Engage and influence stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and mentor team members to promote a positive workplace culture.
About You
We’re looking for motivated leaders who can inspire and bring out the best in their teams. You will need:
- Strong leadership and team-building experience.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
- Experience in a logistics or operational environment.
- Yellow Belt accreditation (or equivalent)
