We are on the lookout for an Operations All-Rounder to assist with the maintenance of our food manufacturing facility in Morley, WA. This is a casual position, and the successful applicant will work as part of our Operations / Manufacturing team.
About the role:
As APC’s Operations All-Rounder, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our yard and car park, performing painting tasks, and carrying out general maintenance duties to ensure our manufacturing facilities are in top condition.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Yard and Car Park Cleaning: Regularly clean and maintain the yard and car park areas, ensuring they are free of debris and hazards.
Painting: Perform painting tasks as needed to maintain the appearance and integrity of buildings and structures.
General Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and other duties as assigned.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Equipment Management: Properly use and maintain all tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks.

About you:
We are looking for a motivated person with the following skills:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in a Manufacturing / Operations role or organisation.
Valid Australian Drivers Licence.
Valid White Card (Construction Induction Training).
A Forklift Ticket and / or basic First Aid Training (desirable, but not essential).
