About your opportunity:In this position you will:
- Provide leadership in the planning and management of digital health clinical resources/services to create a culture and capacity to achieve superior service delivery, strategic and operational objectives.
- Manage risk and issue identification, assessment, and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed, and escalated as appropriate.
- Use expert knowledge of digital health clinical systems (inc. functions, capabilities, limitations, supporting technologies) to manage the support provided to users ensuring the systems and processes they use are fit-for-purpose and align with clinical workflows and current best practice standards.
- Use critical thinking and evidence based clinical reasoning with advanced problem-solving skills to facilitate quality patient/client outcomes in an electronic environment.
- Advocate for digital health clinical systems and be a visible leader and supporter of change.
