Medical Receptionist (Casual)
Ballajura based Physiotherapy clinic is looking for a receptionist. It is a small but busy clinic with Physiotherapist and Podiatry combined.
We require someone to work Monday and Tuesday, 8am till 2pm and at least one Saturday morning from 8am to 12 noon per month. Also possibility to be available for sick and holiday cover when required.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Scheduling appointments. Processing patient billing and receipting, Medicare, Hicaps and DVA claims. General administration duties including answering phones, scanning, updating and maintaining patient records. Providing exceptional customer service to patients and other third parties; face to face, over the phone and via electronic communication.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare clinic. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly. PPMP software previous use not essential but beneficial.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $49.68 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
