Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who conducts research to identify trends and opportunities, shaping our strategies. You’ll be a skilled negotiator, securing the best deals with media vendors to optimise our advertising efforts. With an analytical mindset, you’ll analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet our goals. You’ll be a relationship builder, cultivating strong connections with partners, agencies, and internal teams. As a leader, you’ll mentor and guide our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
What can you expect to be doing?
Shape Our Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to help us achieve our mission and drive growth.
Lead Impactful Campaigns: Create, execute, and monitor engaging marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional media, ensuring our brand message is consistent and compelling.
Smart Media Planning: Plan and execute media buying strategies that align with our campaign goals and audience insights.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, using these insights to inform our marketing strategies.
Measure and Improve: Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies to ensure we meet our goals.
Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies, and internal teams to enhance our marketing efforts.
Inspire and Lead: Lead and mentor our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment where everyone can thrive.
What do you need to bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are desirable.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
