- Salary commencing $210,750 - $234,150 (total package incl super and the option for a motor vehicle)
BCE is seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for customer-centric solutions and project management experience to lead our Project and Portfolio area within technology and drive innovative customer-focused initiatives for our schools and students.
As the Manager of Customer Solutions, you will be the essential link between our cutting-edge IT capabilities and our customers' needs. In this dynamic role, you will enhance customer interactions and experiences, driving BCE's growth while leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
About the role:
- Provide advanced leadership, advice, support, and coordination to stakeholders and act as the ultimate escalation point for issue resolution.
- Manage and influence strategic decisions within the education sector, promoting BCE's priorities and initiatives
- Supporting the Head of IT – Customer Solutions, this role will lead and facilitate customer explorations to improve experience, drive cultural transformation, and foster a customer-focused team.
- Understand the business operations and culture of BCE as a major P-12 education provider and facilitate the effective communication between stakeholders that aligns with BCE values
- Lead advanced analysis, prepare research, business cases and reports, written briefs and executive correspondence
- Actively contribute as a leader to support strategic planning, operational planning, human resource management and financial management.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in either education, business, information technology, information systems or another relevant field
- Relevant project management or organisational change qualifications and/or demonstrated experience working on IT programs with a proven history of successful delivery of complex programs of work on time and budget with large organisational impact.
- Demonstrated experience in information technology/system lifecycle management and/or the education domain or a similar role
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and Power Point
- Experience with Co-pilot is an advantage
