Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (NPY) Council was founded and is still led, governed and directed by women from the NPY region in central Australia. It was created to give a voice to women across 26 desert communities in the cross-border regions of Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now recruiting for an Information Technology Assistant to provide first point of contact for IT support calls and queries. The role is responsible for day-to-day IT helpdesk support and administration tasks, as well as triaging and escalating complex IT support tasks. In addition, the role will provide assistance to senior IT staff in a variety of IT matters.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal person will have proven skills and experience as IT Assistant. With excellent customer service to colleagues and other stakeholders and act as the first point of contact for IT support calls.
The successful person will be eager to learn, be great at building relationships and have values that align to an Aboriginal Controlled Organisation.
