We operate in a high-feedback environment. You will be required to challenge, be challenged and face challenges. We recognise that this approach is not for everyone.
Motium is growing. Fast. As such, not all of our policies and procedures are shiny and well-polished. We are a work-in-progress and catching up as quick as we can. However, if you find it difficult to work without 100% of the processes outlined, this role might not be for you.
Variety is the spice of life! You will need to wear different HR hats in this role, working across the full spectrum of HR tasks. If you prefer focusing on one or two smaller aspects of finance, we might not be your best fit.
