We have a number of General Hand – Dispatchopportunities available and one of the below shifts will apply to successful applicants! Option 1: Day Shift 6:00am to 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) Option 2: Afternoon Shift 2:00pm to 9:00pm (Monday to Friday) Perform the Dispatch requirements to support our company’s Animal Health intelligence/Allflex operations in our Brisbane, Australia manufacturing site, reporting directly to the Dispatch Team Leader. You will be required to physically stock various dispatch warehouse areas, fill external customer orders, pack and label goods for export from the dispatch warehouse to ensure we maintain customer expectations of manufacturing goods in a safe, efficient and high-quality manner. What You Will Do Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
Ensures that Safety culture is embedded in the day-to-day work as a priority.
Ensure the customer orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner as directed by the Team Leader.
Ensure that good housekeeping is always conducted in the dispatch warehouse areas of responsibility.
Maintain a working knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures, and to conduct all activities in a quality manner, conforming to these policies and procedures.
Ensure that products are stored in a safe and correct manner and location.
Be fully conversant with all applicable Health and Safety Standards.
Ensure dispatch warehouse security is always maintained.
Assist in conducting and recording dispatch warehouse stock-takes.
Carry out daily deliveries and pick-ups, as directed by the Team Leader.
Efficient dispatch of export shipments and management of associated paperwork.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the Quality and Environmental Health & Safety procedures and policies. Be proactive in site safety by promptly informing through EH&S Officers and representatives of any hazards, risks, or incidents.
Support the production on problem solving analysis.
Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards.
Reporting quality anomalies and identify containment actions to support Tier meetings.
Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality, processes, and systems.
Ensures that the dispatch system is compliant with the policy guidelines and properly updated. Maintain all documentation in accordance with Company and relevant quality standards.
Adherence to all Company SOP’s, Policies & Procedures.
Undergo PV training to ensure familiarity with the required reporting processes and timelines for Adverse Events (AEs) reports and Product Quality complaints (PQCs).
Ensure that all potential PV and Product Quality Complaint information encountered is reported as per the PV reporting processes and timelines described in Local and Global PV/ PQC training.
Ensure all hazards and environmental aspects in their area are identified, documented, assessed, and controlled in accordance with EHS procedures.
Assist in the development of EHS objectives, targets, and performance indicators, establish EHS improvement projects and review progress.
Ensure compilation of EHS reports as required by senior management, regulatory authorities, and others.
Ensure scheduled audits and inspections (for which you are responsible) are conducted and necessary corrective actions are developed and completed.
What You Must have
Computer skills. High level of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skillset required
SAP system knowledge an advantage
Be physically able to manual handle
