As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, your role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are crucial. • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
• Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
• Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

About You

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid Drivers License
• White Card
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
