Position: Game Master
Location: Paradise Centre
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay: $29.33 – $36.09 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 30 per week

Position: Game Master
Location: Paradise Centre
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and emails
- Independently manage shifts and effectively prioritize tasks
- Greet and assist guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Brief, supervise, and support guests during their escape room experiences
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout their visit
- Reset escape rooms accurately and efficiently after each group
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workspaces and escape rooms
- Collaborate effectively within a team to maintain operational efficiency
- Demonstrate quick thinking to troubleshoot and adjust escape rooms as needed
- Keep up-to-date with knowledge about our escape rooms and business offerings
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/PC applications (Word, Excel, Google Sheets), email, and internet browsers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Orgainised with a keen sense of punctuality
- Ability to think quickly and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible, adaptable, and approachable demeanor
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality
